Saperavi was started in NYC in the hopes that we can inspire people to be true to themselves, elevate their looks, and express themselves using our pieces. We are more than just a store- we are a community. We hope to create more positive energy in your lives one piece at a time.

Saperavi was named after a type of grape native to the country of Georgia, used to make some of the region's most well-known wines. Representing decadence and community, we hope that our jewelry creates positive change and joy in your lives.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3-7 business days for processing and 2-5 business days for shipping through USPS. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us.
What is your return/exchange policy?
You can return/exchange your item up to 14 days upon receipt of your package. Please email us @saperavijewels@gmail.com with your order number for more information on returns/exchanges.
Please return item(s) in resealable, unworn, and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please do not send items outside of this 14-day window as they will be refused.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free return label. The delivery fees belong to the customer and cannot be refunded.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.

When will I receive my refund?
We will send you an email when the item is received along with a notification if the refund/exchange is approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Is Saperavi jewelry waterproof?
Our jewelry is made with triple-layered 14 K gold plating and stainless steel. You can wear our jewelry in water, but as all jewelry fades eventually, please avoid contact with the ocean, hot tubs, perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals that can damage jewelry. This will ensure you keep your Saperavi jewels looking good as new!

How can I clean my Saperavi jewelry?
You can use a jewelry cloth (included in every order) to gently wipe jewelry. You can also wet this cloth and clean your jewelry as well.
